See What We See: The A&E Digital Vehicle Inspection

Every vehicle that comes through A&E gets a Digital Vehicle Inspection. It's the clearest way we know to show you exactly what's happening with your car, instead of asking you to take our word for it.

ABOUT

What's in a DVI

Photos of what we found, not just a description of it

Video walkthroughs for anything that's easier to see than explain

A written report, sent straight to your phone

Clear categorization of what needs attention now versus what to watch

A digital approval process, so you decide what gets fixed and when

Why this matters

A verbal explanation over the phone asks you to trust a description. A DVI shows you the actual worn brake pad, the actual leaking hose, the actual corroded terminal. That's the difference between being told something is wrong and seeing it for yourself.

How it fits into our process

The DVI happens at step 3 of the A&E Process, Document, right after inspection and before we explain anything to you.
